What a great find! I think they look great hanging on the wall, but I'm sure they'll come in handy, too. :0)

I love them and want them for myself. And I don't knit socks (yet). :) I would totally hang them on my wall, and take them down and use them when I needed to. I LOVE them!

I bet they would help wool socks dry faster especially if you could some how hang them.(:

I have a few kinds of sock blockers hanging on the wall in my laundry room. I also have a little scrubbing board with the glass 'nobbled' board for scrubbing. The board was used when my children were small for trying to keep their undies white!

My daughter bought me two pair of metal sock blockers at a yard sale. I took the smaller ones and put a pair of stripped sockotta socks on them and then found a huge butterfly and clipped it on top and hung them on the wall in my bedroom. I love it and it is so me I giggle when I look at it!!!

I love those! What is it about old metal anyway? I like them as art, just like you said.

I would paint them orange, green and purple :)

Wonderful sock"things"! I agree, hanging them on a wall would be really smashing. The squirrel sweater is lovely, good work!
